This plan is for those liked p.e because it was fun and not boring. Its a unique ,different type of training. Based on your likes. From bean bag toss, table tennis, short jogs, basketball basketball. pickleball, volleyball and even dodge ball. Suited for couples as ell. Loooking to stay active tegother

stretching only or massage and stretch combined therapeutic and recovery
This plan for those who sit require a lot of sitting at thier job. Those who are sore or have a lot of tight muscles. This plan involves stretching only or combined with massage. (consent needed)..No nudity . Trainer assists in some stretches. Also suited for new people prepping to restart being active

Joggers quest goal
In this training for those who enjoy or want to be joggers. Those who want to increase distance or time or both. It involves strengthening mostly the lower body. Slowly increasing distance. Recovery methods. And learning methods or locations in order to enjoy jogging as much as possible. locations vary. From parks, bosque backyard or streets

Balance traininng goal
This Training is well suited for seniors or those recovering from lower body injuries or surgeries. It involves 3 levels of training. Stationairy, movement and cordination exercises. . This training does involve some core training . Since a strong core will help in balance progression.

Lean cut muscle goal
. No matter how thin you get. Lean cut muscle always looks good. . Lets train in "strength endurance" level. .With weights only And a change in diet.. The more the change the FASTER CUT YOU'LL BE. ... Or a few diet changes will tremendously
sports, abbs and Sprints Goals.
With sports implemented in a workout. It can be a fun and a way to be consistent in working out .
So as sports lover both spectating and participating I thought I'd bring this part into training.
ABBS:The abb training is more superficial and cosmetic. But its also phycological for good self pride and health.
So with this in mind. To stand out in the abnormal positive way. I decided to workout to have a lean and cut
I realize diet and the right diet was essential was crucial.
SPRINTS: well its not something most of can or are willing to try. I personally do. The few clients that have.
One told me "I didn't know I could run that fast". Well that's because with weights. In the power level of training.
It will produce speed. So I decided to offer those more advanced clients who want a new challange.

Sports is cool to watch. Why be upset if your team looses.. Play sports. You'll see the fun and challenge in it . .. In this training We create a sport or sports that keep you liking working out.. As a your coach and p.e teacher .. Or as a couple or group(max 4). Backyard basketball, passing, pickleball, table tennis, volleyball.. Or any other creative way for it to be fun and competitive . Or enhancing your own ability.

Abbs , slim waist goal
Lets get ideal waist size for you. .Mine is x-small in women's size.. With the right diet and workout . It can be done. You will slip into those high school jeans that you thought never would again. You will stumble somedays in dieting. But its part of the process. Changing your diet isn't easy. It took me 8 months to completely become a vegan. . I learned a lot during 8 months. It was all phycological. I discovered why I just couldn't give up cheese. . In this program. There will be the buddy system approach on the diet aspect. In order to loose water weight and fat. There will be a lot of coaching . Being there available online , text, or call when those temptations come.
The training involves high reps , high number of sets. Working out upper and lower abb area. .. With a choice in cardio or weights to loose weight or better results doing both.

Sprints goal
Sprints training. Its not just for advance people. Sprints are Its like racing a car. Your mind sees the world fast. That's the physical view . Like our minds view the world under stress. In this training , we will use weights to prepare. Lifting in a power fashion.(fast) The first sprint when ready will be up hills. Since this is easier on the joints. We'll focus on core and flexibility and all lower extremity muscles in the weight room.You don't have to be super thin .The sprints training can be used for fat and water retention. As those come off your sprints will be faster. Remember we are using the sprints sport as a way to loose weight...Later on we can in prove speed and number of sets for performance and pride.
