Dieting. The methods , That aid rapidly achieving health and body results.

In this training . It will determine weather you keep your achievement in a safe.. Without your work will be lost.. It also determines how fast you reach your physical  physic goal and weather you keep it. . 

    Fasting is inriching method of spirituality .In this training i'll teach how intermediate fast without exercising.   Ive done it... I lost 38lb  in 44 days...(2022) (results vary).. 

       The other option. Learn how to retrain your taste buds.. Giving perservatives . This stuff is toxic.. Ask hungry or people who fast weather a tomato tastes good? 

       Becoming a vegan is a lot to do with the love of animals or for the urgent health reosons.  Both are valid.. Mostly it takes desire.. Your MIND,MOOD , ANXIETY AND BODY WILL OPERATE TO OUR ORIGINAL WAY HUMANS SHOULD EAT.

Intermediate fasting goal 

This is done by giving solid food for a number of hours.. Whats cool about this goal. Is that once you master it.. You can save your scale weight .(depending on quantity) It also is way not to exercise and loose weight.. This is good for those who hate to workout.. or obese . Its not good for  Hight fitness performance. ..

Vegan diet. Vegeterian diet Goal

This goal involves retraining your taste buds. So there is some fasting involve. Or there needs a desire and apreciate fruits and vegatiables.. You need to realize meat is harmful and non essential in the u.s to survive. As well some love of animals . On how they are slaughtered and or caged for the love of money .

Well its an evertying you eat. To be honest i havent giving completly abondoned it.. I eat fruits and vegetables with chemecials . Maybe orgainc ill go for ... 

With this goal.. You will need to educated and be mindful of whats in the food... Also you will have tdo choose certian foods that you ENYOY and eat them consistantly . I'll share an app that lets you know what perservatives are in in and how risky it is. ( its above pic)
