Service Description
Sports is a good way to stay fit. For both fun to stay fit or performance. This includes high intensity drills. Weights, plyometric training, sprints and balance. . For those for fun just to enjoy working out. You choose a sport to play and exercise in. I'll intergrade the science such as balance while in the sport. The hustle needed such as catching ., Like making you go after balls tossed left and right, forward and back.. It all totally on the sport you select.. With the option to change sport. Weights are optional.




















Cancellation Policy
Client can cancel up to the night before without charge (12am). .. A client can arrive 10minutes or or 10 minutes late.. After 10 minutes of being late. client looses its ten minutes and any additional time. .Refunds can be exchanged for any other service for refund amount .. Or receive 50 percent only back.. Working out and having a body takes work. . A little hard work is require. I feel physical pain too. fatigue. But after . Its a like a drug. A positive reactive drug.. Your body will look better because of the pain you aflicted. (fatigue.) btw.. its best to keep intensity at 6,7. or 8.... On a 1 to 10 scale.
