Service Description

This training involves using weights mostly . By changing variables like reps,sets, rest and a proper diet. Results are determine by starting weight , fitness level and number of weeks training and how well the diet is kept.( cardio such as jogging is optional) recommended for moderately or obese who have no cardio vascular risks


Cancellation Policy

Client can cancel up to the night before without charge (12am). .. A client can arrive 10minutes or or 10 minutes late.. After 10 minutes of being late. client looses its ten minutes and any additional time. .Refunds can be exchanged for any other service for refund amount .. Or receive 50 percent only back.. Working out and having a body takes work. . A little hard work is require. I feel physical pain too. fatigue. But after . Its a like a drug. A positive reactive drug.. Your body will look better because of the pain you aflicted. (fatigue.) btw.. its best to keep intensity at 6,7. or 8.... On a 1 to 10 scale.
